As a Community Manager you will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organizations online community in a way which builds brand awareness. Your role will also involve creating digital content including text posts video and images for use on social media; promoting our products and services to our online community; and monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Introduction: Understand our companys products unique selling propositions brand guidelines and target audience.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Engage directly with brands for collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Influencer Marketing & Ambassador Program: Manage and develop relationships with key influencers and ambassadors. Understand the companys approach towards influencer marketing.
Social Media Channels Review: Review and manage the companys social media channels strategize and execute innovative engagement strategies.
Scouts Program: Engage with colleges and other institutions train and understand the Scouts program.
Community Engagement: Interact with community members daily. Respond to comments and customer queries promptly.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for all platforms including blog pieces articles social media posts newsletters and videos.
Analytics: Track and analyze community engagement metrics to guide strategy and enhance community growth and engagement.
Event Planning & Management: Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
Crisis Management: Respond to crises that emerge within the community resolving conflicts promptly and professionally.
