Job Title: Communications Specialist Transformation Programmes
Location: London

Job Description
The role of the Communications Specialist is to support the development and execution of communication plans and activities for individual change projects within clients transformation programmes. This involves driving awareness alignment and adoption in line with the companys transformation communications strategy.
Principal Accountabilities:
Delivery:
- Develop and implement communications and engagement plans for individual change projects to enhance awareness understanding and adoption by stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with the Head of Transformation Communications Programme Lead and Change Lead to provide expert guidance on engagement and communication strategies.
- Design and finalize engagement and communication plans incorporating various activities tailored to key stakeholders.
- Lead the development and approval of messaging communication materials and engagement events including focus groups leader sessions town hall meetings videos and written communications.
- Assist in organizing and executing events and communications for specific change projects to ensure stakeholder alignment across the client.

Person Specification:
Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
- Degree level education or equivalent experience in internal transformation/change communications
- Proven experience translating organizational transformation objectives into communication deliverables across various channels
- Strong writing copywriting editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment
- Experience collaborating in a matrix model with multiple contributors
- Familiarity with new technologies and office applications including Microsoft SharePoint Yammer and Photoshop (or similar)
- Fluency in English
Scope:
- Transformation office
- Transformation Programme Sponsors Programme Leads Change Leads
- Corporate Affairs Team including Functional and Business Comms leads
- Business stakeholders
- Colleagues across JM approximately 13000 employees in global locations Management:Share best practices and lessons learned in project communications and engagement.
- Provide feedback on the Transformation Communications playbook to enhance its effectiveness.
- Support the development of communication skills within the transformation community.
- Actively participate in the business change network as a subject matter expert in communications and engagement.
Effectiveness & Measurement:
- Assess the effectiveness of communication activities through tools such as pulse surveys and focus groups.
- Review feedback on communication effectiveness and develop action plans to enhance engagement.
- Provide recommendations and updates to improve communication plans based on feedback and performance metrics.
