Commercial Manager

We have an exciting new career opportunity for aCommercial Managerto join a leading provider of online casino at their offices inJohannesburg. You will be responsible for looking after a business development team that will be based across Africa. If you have a strong sales background and extensive knowledge of the African iGaming market, thisjobcould be perfect for you!

Your key job responsibilities as theCommercial ManagerinJohannesburgwill include:

• Analyse sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance
  
• Develop strategic plans to encourage business growth
  
• Use analytics to create action plans that are based off data and statistics and interpret results against targets
  
• Partnering with business managers to drive financial performance
  
• Oversee staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met
  
• Assist with negotiating contracts
  
• Oversee monthly spend with vendors
  
• Liaise with other departments regarding required services, follow up on invoices and payments
  
• Assisting with the budgeting process, review the monthly financial reports and manage expenses over budget
  

Requirements for thisCommercial Manager jobinJohannesburg:

• Must have a strong sales background and experience managing a sales team with ambitious KPIs
  
• Strong knowledge of the African iGaming market
  
• Proactive and strong communicator (commercial negotiator focus)
  
• Knowledge of longer and complex sales cycles
  
• Must be able to frequently travel across Africa
  
• Must be fully vaccinated
