▪ The agile coach will be a part of the LACE (Lean Agile Centre of Excellence) responsible for agile transformation for major initiatives using wide-range of Scaled Agile Techniques
▪This role works hand in hand with key stakeholders in Leadership, Technology and Product Management to set priorities and ensure implementation of the agile methodology leading to a lean organization and achieving organizational objectives and key results.
▪ Within this role capacity, it will be expected to go into tough discussions to transform the organization from normal ways of working into SAFe way of working, and to be an embodiment of the agile manifesto and what it stands for.
▪This role is responsible for driving and supporting the adoption of an agile mind set, methodologies, and behaviours in all members of the organization
▪This role is responsible for working closely with key agile team members, such as Portfolio Leads Release Train Engineers , , Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers to establish consistent and best-practice agile processes and principles
▪This role will contribute to the LACE team output of defining agile adoption and performance metrics, monitoring and assessing them regularly, and identifying areas for improvement
