CNC Manager

Role Overview: The InProcess Manager is pivotal in enhancing our client's CNC manufacturing operations ensuring the production of highquality components and leading their team to operational brilliance. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency leadership prowess and a keen eye for efficiency and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Operations Management: Oversee the entirety of the CNC process lifecycle from setup and programming to machining ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Champion their quality standards conduct thorough inspections and implement corrective measures to uphold product integrity.
• Workflow Optimization: Utilize your expertise to streamline production processes reducing waste and enhancing resource efficiency thereby elevating output and quality.
• Team Development and Leadership: Cultivate a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement providing your team with the training and support needed to excel.
• Performance Analysis: Keep a pulse on production metrics such as OTD cycle time scrap rate and machine utilization devising strategies to optimize performance and exceed targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechatronics or a related field.
• Over 5 years of handson experience in CNC manufacturing with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Comprehensive understanding of CNC machining processes programming operation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated success in leading quality assurance initiatives and process improvement projects with a preference for Lean and Six Sigma expertise.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications and technical documents.
• Exceptional leadership communication and problemsolving abilities with a track record of fostering team growth and operational excellence.
