Responsibilities:
• Implement revenue management strategies and processes in multiple hotels, in order to optimize and maximize its revenues, by setting strategic direction, determine pricing, create promotions, explore new distribution opportunities and work closely with Sales, Marketing, •Trade Support and Services and Reservations.
• Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Act as overall business development consultant for the hotel manager/owner.
• Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
• Moving regularly to each hotel when needed.
• Embed a revenue management culture.
