Job Overview
We are on the hunt for a Cloud and Deployment Specialist with a strong background in AWS services to fortify our engineering squad. The chosen candidate will take charge of deploying and overseeing our AI interview application within the AWS ecosystem ensuring both scalability and ironclad security. Your mission will include seamless collaboration with both backend and frontend teams to ensure the robust uninterrupted operation of our services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of AI interview applications on AWS focusing on scalability performance and security.
- Manage AWS services including but not limited to EC2 S3 Lambda ensuring optimal configuration and integration.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to establish a continuous deployment pipeline that promotes efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of deployed applications troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Implement best practices for cloud security including the management of access controls and the encryption of sensitive data.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cloud services and deployment strategies continuously improving our deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience/Understanding with AWS deployment and management including handson experience with EC2 S3 and Lambda.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and its deployment strategies with a focus on AWS services.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and how to implement them effectively.
- Proficiency in security best practices for cloud deployment including experience with OAuth JWT and data encryption.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills capable of collaborating effectively with both backend and frontend development teams.
