Description of Role:

Mountaineer Employment Solutions has partnered with a health care facility in South Charleston. They are currently seeking Clinical Support Specialist. The Clinical Support Specialist are primarily responsible for data entry.

Tasks:

· Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

· Keep information confidential

· Answers telephone in a polite and professional manner. Communicates information to appropriate personnel.

· Enters patient information into the computer system.

Skills and Requirements:

· Highschool Diploma

· Computer training or certification would be an asset

· Ability to prepare and write reports, summaries of work/work projects

· Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines

Work Schedule:

· Monday through Friday

· 8am – 5pm

Pay Rate:

· $16.00 per hour
