We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Specialist Hepatology for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidencebased recommendations for the patient and their general practitioner on how to effectively manage their condition while also collaborating with the multidisciplinary team for additional support.
- Precisely categorize chronic liver disease through clinical assessment in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
- Coordinate investigations treatment therapies and patient followup in order to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for all patients.
- Ensure that accurate and appropriate reports are maintained and provided as needed by the BSHS.
- Participate in case conferences to discuss patients progress and attend meetings as necessary.
Requirements
- NMBI Registration
- A Masters Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in Hepatology
- Certified operator in Fibroscan
