Key Responsibilities
- work closely with a multidisciplinary team to effectively lead a group of staff members in delivering exceptional patient care within the ICU.
- The Primary goal is to ensure the provision of the highest quality care possible.
- Must exhibit exceptional work practices and serve as role models utilizing their necessary skills to educate others through coaching mentoring and clinical expertise. I
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse
- Be on live with the NMBI
- Proficient in contemporary ICU nursing practices with a strong emphasis on staying abreast of the latest advancements and developments in the field.
- A management qualification or educational background at the degree level is highly desirable.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a people management role is required.
