We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager I Cardiac Theatre into a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical nurse manager will work closely with the CNMII following their guidance and expertise.
- Coordinating and leading a team of dedicated staff members in the seamless implementation and delivery of exceptional patient care.

- The nurse in charge is responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care within their designated area. They are also tasked with effectively managing resources providing leadership to the team and assuming accountability for all nursing activities in their area.

- Provide support assistance and facilitation to colleagues in order to help them achieve the specific critical success factors that have been developed for the department.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse
- must possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience after registration
- minimum of three years of experience in a people management role.
- Proficient in contemporary theatre practices with a wealth of uptodate knowledge and extensive handson experience.
- Management qualification is preferred or the candidate must be willing to pursue one.
- Possessing a profound understanding of current nursing practices and skills demonstrating excellence in this domain.
