Who are we looking for

Training support &#x aftercare

Your role is to serve as an application specialist and primary resource for commercial and technical indepth support related to the use the processes and troubleshooting for Olympus IP products services and solutions

Conducting training sessions on Olympus IP portfolio

Setup of Olympus track &#x trace software solutions

Providing onsite support postinstallation

Ensuring to adherence to guidelines for effective cleaning &#x disinfection

Market Intelligence

Supporting the overall IP business by performing tasks in the field of market intelligence This way sound decisions can be made as to what strategy to follow and how to counter or utilize market circumstances

Supporting market introduction of new IP products

Conducting market analysis for an overview of the installed base

Staying updated on guidelines and competitor activities

Tender Management

An important part of the IP business in the Netherlands is tender management You will be acting as a primary contact point for all matters related to tender business

Oversee tender process from initiation to completion

Communicating effectively with stakeholders

Ensuring timely involvement for deadlines

Promoting Olympus IP Portfolio

You will play an important role in the identification of opportunities for the Olympus IP portfolio while maintaining an independent role in supporting and advising customers in the field of endoscope cleaning &#x disinfection

Collaborating with Territory Manager (TM) to understand client needs

Attending hospital procedures ensuring customer satisfaction

Promoting IP portfolio through sales and events

Responding to customer needs developing creative solutions and best practices

Building business relationships with hospital staff

Working closely with Customer Solutions department

Bachelors degree in a medical or healthcare technology field with a preference for candidates with hospital working experience

Minimum of years of experience in the medical devices industry

Strong clinical advising and educating skills with the ability to establish credibility with physicians and endoscopy staff

Demonstrated proficiency in verbal written interpersonal presentation and communication skills

Aptitude to understand and effectively communicate complex technical and clinical details

High motivation and adaptability to varying working environments

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented setting

Fluency in both Dutch and English with excellent oral and written communication skills

Willingness to engage in regular travel within the Netherlands
