Position: Client Success Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (EST)

Job Description:

As a Client Success Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing client experiences from onboarding to ongoing support. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own manage and optimize client experience from Free Trial/Onboarding and onwards.
  • Assist clients in aligning tracking and achieving their desired goals and objectives.
  • Ensure client relationships are progressing positively and timely.
  • Be the Escalated Client Support. Coordinate the response and resolution to challenges that our clients are facing.
  • Outreach to customers regularly to get a pulse of success & struggles.
  • Provide regular account reviews and strategic account plans.
  • Anticipate client needs and introduce solutions that add value to their business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate solutions for customers.
  • Act as the customers trusted advisor providing support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customerfacing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of technology.
  • Proven ability to build & maintain relationships with clients and internally
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Outlook Teams and/or Zoom.

NicetoHaves:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Background in the Waste Industry.
  • Familiarity with United States geography and major cities.
