About the job:

As a Client Services Representative you will report directly to the Investments and Relationship Management Lead. You will assist in the direct relationship management of the business clients using the WealthKernel APIs. You will manage their day to day queries attend regular meetings with them and understand their needs. Working with existing team members you will coordinate ongoing business client queries internally through the service desk


Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular meetings with business clients to understand their business growth needs and provide ongoing support
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist with the onboarding pipeline of new relationships and understanding the needs of these businesses
  • Write minutes and manage action points resulting from meetings
  • Contribute to the management of the ticketing system and coordinate with other departments to respond to clients promptly
  • You will become knowledgeable on WealthKernel s API documentation and be able to explain how business clients can use our As
  • Review and maintain internal and external processes for the Client Relationship department
  • Work closely with the Investments and Relationship Management Lead to identify business client trends and feedback key information
  • Learn and apply basic Financial Services knowledge to your role.

  • Experience of working in a customerfacing role
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with different stakeholders and understand their differing positions and perspectives.
  • A high level of selfmotivation and initiative
  • Works well in a team
  • Has flexibility around the needs of the wider company
  • Financial services knowledge would be helpful but this is not mandatory
