Overview:

As a Client Relationship & Sales/Ops Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales operations for the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process managing client accounts and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with key clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and operations professionals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and drive the achievement of revenue targets
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize sales and operational processes
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales account management or operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a highperforming team
  • Strong understanding of sales and operations best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on problemsolving
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Customercentric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service
