Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.

Understand clients business goals and objectives providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction gather feedback and address any issues promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products or services according to client expectations.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services to existing clients.

Requirements


Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar clientfacing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to address client concerns effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage client interactions and data.

Ability to understand clients business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
