Role overview
We are looking for an entrylevel Client Partnership Manager to support with creating and delivering the best digital solutions for a large B2C client. Reporting to the Senior Client Partnership Director you will work with an experienced team of developers content editors and creatives to scope build and optimise innovative solutions to complex client needs.
As aClient Partnership Managerat Brandwidth you will:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and use contacts to generate new business.
- Provide guidance support and mentoring to members of the team.
- Invite internal teams to brainstorming sessions to excite and involve everyone attend regular client meetings and deliver presentations with a good appreciation of creative and technical implications.
- Work with the Project Management team to manage work and liaise with the Creative and Development teams regarding delivery.
- Analyse interpret and present results of Brandwidths solutions following client Goals and objectives.
- Assist the Client Services team with client relationships to cultivate longlasting relationships identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and present/position new ideas to clients on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to all partners.
- Assist the team with highseverity requests or issue escalations and stand up to clients with confidence in our expertise and track record.
- Offer consistency and calmness and provide regular communication updates to ensure progress.
You will bring:
- At least 2 years experience working in marketing
- High level of attentiveness and accuracy
- A proactiveness and will to learn.
- Experience in website deployment workflows is desirable.
- Experience working in a digital agency is desirable.
- Experience working with enterpriselevel bluechip companies is desirable
