Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions () a leading recruitment consultancy firm.
Our client is a Language Service Provider (LSP) championing the cause of human translations. They help customers across industries to communicate globally in 180 languages with our Translation Localisation Interpretation Subtitling Voiceover Transcription Multilingual Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Language Quality Assurance (LQA) services. They are hiring for the below mentioned position.
Designation: Client Account Manager
Sector: SAAS
Location: SG Road Ahmedabad (4 days from Office 1 day work from home)
Gender: Female/Male
Experience: 3 Years with B2B Client Account Management with International clients is a must. (preferably IT industry experience)
Working days: MonFri
Time 1 UK Shift 12 pm to 9 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm.
Time 2 Australian Shift 8 am to 5 pm
Preferred notice period 15 to 30 days.
Salary: INR 55000 to 60000/Month
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Function as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Daily Client inquiries on Zoho desk which includes our services.
  • Understanding the type of inquiry responding to them on time and service oriented manner.
  • Getting on a client call as and when needed to build client relationships.
  • Grow and maintain your network within assigned accounts through consistent and effective communication.
  • Proactively contact prospective clients within assigned accounts to present opportunities for mutual growth. Be the bridge between what they offer offer and what the client needs.
  • Effectively manage communications between clients and internal teams.
  • Indepth knowledge and ability to handle queries regarding our services and solutions.
  • Educate clients on service lines solutions pricing availability etc.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts weekly.
  • Maintain a robust and uptodate pipeline for existing and upsell/crosssell opportunities.
  • Selfstarter with ability to modify set processes depending on the task at hand.

Requirements

  • 3 year of working experience in Account Management & Client Relationships.
  • Ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong sense of urgency motivation and professionalism.
  • Ability to workwell individually and as a member of a team.
  • Strong Internetresearch skills required.
  • Excellent presentation interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a fastpaced environment and challenging workload.
  • Proficiency utilizing enterprise CRM tools such as Salesforce Zoho CRM etc.
