Description:
Resonance World School is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teachers for 1st and 2nd grade to join their dynamic team. As a Class Teacher you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment fostering academic growth and nurturing the holistic development of young learners.
Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Implementation: Plan develop and deliver lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum standards and learning objectives for the assigned grade level.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a wellorganized safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning ensuring discipline and positive behavior among students.
  • Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Individualized Instruction: Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students providing additional support or challenges as necessary to foster academic growth.
  • Student Engagement: Engage students in interactive and stimulating learning experiences through handson activities group discussions educational games and multimedia resources.
  • Parent Communication: Establish open and effective communication channels with parents providing updates on student progress academic achievements and any concerns or challenges encountered.
  • Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to develop interdisciplinary units coordinate class schedules and participate in team meetings professional development workshops and curriculum planning sessions.
  • Student Support: Provide emotional and social support to students address their individual needs and serve as a mentor and role model promoting positive values respect and inclusivity among students.
  • Classroom Resources: Manage instructional materials resources and technology tools effectively ensuring they are accessible and utilized optimally to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities attend training sessions workshops and conferences to stay updated on educational trends best practices and pedagogical techniques.
  • School Events and Activities: Participate in school events extracurricular activities and community outreach programs contributing to the overall school culture and fostering a sense of belonging and pride among students.
  • Documentation and RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades assessments and other relevant data adhering to school policies and procedures regarding recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Professional Ethics: Uphold professional standards of conduct ethics and confidentiality maintaining integrity fairness and impartiality in all interactions with students parents colleagues and stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree with B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0 to 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Kreedo curriculum or willingness to undergo training in the curriculum framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with students parents and colleagues.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of young learners.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Uphold the schools dress code policy which includes wearing sarees or salwar suits.
