Job Description

- Manage the maintenance of civil and facilities (painting, doors, windows. Etc.).
- Manage the civil works inspections.
- Manage the subcontracted maintenance for Fire Protection Systems (Firefighting and Fire Alarm).
- Follow up on technical objectives related to the quality and efficiency of the maintenance activities.
- Monitor the closure of all snags of FPS and civils by the EPC contractor.
- Support the Operations teams and other Maintenance teams to provide a reactive and efficient response to any defect.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in the strict respect of HSE rules.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Qualifications
- BSc. Civil Engineering
Knowledge
- Know maintenance of Civil and/or Fire Protection Systems
- Team Management
- Railway knowledge is a plus
- English - fluent in speaking, reading and Arabic is a must
