KEY RELATIONSHIPS : Internal: Finance Team All Function Heads & Department Heads
External: Vendors Investors Advisors

About the Role:
Enable the CEOs in strategic financial operations analysis project management investment management and decisionmaking.
Responsibilities and Ownership:

General:
Be a trusted financial advisor to the CEO. Keep CEO updated on Financial Reporting Audit and Compliance (understand equity research analysis & Capital work to CEO & prioritize the project based on CEO s insights)
Provide insightful analysis to the CEO on the impact of equity research analysis and Capital projects on the companys financial health.
Work closely with the CEO to identify key financial priorities and initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to prioritize projects ensuring resource allocation aligns with the CEOs strategic vision.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO on critical milestones.
Develop and evaluate investment strategies identifying potential opportunities and assessing associated risks.
Conduct thorough market research on stocks companies and industries to guide strategic decisionmaking.
Prepare detailed financial reports presentations and forecasts to support executivelevel discussions and initiatives.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to ensure integration of financial data into strategic planning processes.
Stay abreast of emerging financial trends and developments offering proactive recommendations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct indepth analysis of financial data including balance sheet revenue expenses and cash flow to provide accurate and timely reports for the CEO.
Prepare comprehensive financial models forecasts and variance analysis to identify key trends risks and opportunities.
Generate regular reports and presentations for executive meetings summarizing financial performance and highlighting critical insights.

Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to assist in strategic planning initiatives including budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives.
Evaluate potential investments acquisitions or other strategic opportunities presenting findings to the CEO for consideration.

Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and assess the effectiveness of financial strategies.
Analyze and interpret KPI data to identify areas for improvement and present actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Fund Advisory:
Research and recommend the founder on his personal wealth investment strategy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CA/CFA/MBA Finance with a track record of successfully analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools.
Stakeholder and people management skills.
Passion for Project management.
Unwavering attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
Impactful verbal and written communication skills presenting complex financial information with clarity and conciseness.
An eye on automation of processes and active coordination with tech and product teams to ensure products are being launched to automate manual and repetitive processes
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Well versed with software tools like MSOffice Power BI ERPs like Tally Prime
Experience in development and documenting processes SOPs documentary controls and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
