Job Description:
Recruiting Pains a rapidly growing company based in Dallas TX is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our team. As the CHRO you will play a critical role in driving our companys growth and success by leading all aspects of our human resources strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs to support the companys overall goals and objectives
Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and selection process including developing job descriptions conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
Manage employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks
Create and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of our employees
Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews
Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team providing insights and recommendations on talent management and organizational development
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
10 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Extensive knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations
Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies procedures and programs
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with the companys overall goals and objectives
Experience in a fastpaced highgrowth environment is preferred
SHRMSCP or SPHR certification is a plus
