Preparing food products according to standard specifications Compliance with standard operating procedures Ensure all components are stored properly to prevent damage Strictly comply with all hygiene, sanitation and food safety guidelines as stipulated in standard operating procedures, in line with Egyptian laws and regulations. This includes expiring food, fire and first aid regulations Maintain cleanliness of the entire kitchen operation, including pantries, refrigerators, and freezers Perform kitchen opening and closing checklists before and after each shift run as scheduled Ensure that all equipment and machinery is operated as instructed and preventive maintenance is performed
