Job Description

- Prepare journal entries for all accounting and business transactions using SAP FI, and possess the knowledge and experience in using all T Codes related to SAP GL/AP/AR/AA sub-modules.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards.
- Take responsibility for processing and reviewing all daily accounting transactions.
- Reconcile differences in accounting balances with monthly and year-end trial balances.
- Prepare monthly special reports required by the company, including bank reconciliations, aging payables, fixed assets register, prepaid settlements, accrual positions, and more.
- Process payments for due invoices to suppliers and contractors after reviewing and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Review reports to ensure compliance with all current tax regulations and related tax obligations.
- Prepare financial statements, trial balances, closing transactions, and monthly journal entries using SAP FI.
- Assist external auditors and fulfill all necessary requirements for issuing quarterly and year-end financial statements.
- Compare actual results with the budget and determine the reasons for monthly variances.
