Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls.
• Build strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
