Our client is a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor within the Construction Industry and they are looking to hire a Chartered Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with tax planning and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business objectives.
- Perform adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN ACCA or equivalent).
- 15 years of relevant work experience preferred but fresh graduates with professional qualifications or a Masterss degree in Accounting will be considered.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications and Experience: Relevant professional certifications in Engineering or Building are advantageous but not mandatory. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a finishing supervisor, construction, or civil engineering role. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing technical designs. Advanced skills in MS Office suite for documentation and communication. Familiarity with Adobe Professional for creating and editing project-related documents.
