Job Description

  • The Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing the activities necessary to successfully implement changes to product and processes within Co. production environment.
  • The Change Management Coordinator shall coordinate, facilitate, and lead the team’s activities required to meet internal and external customers’ satisfaction.
  • The change management process must be focused on minimizing obsolescence costs by means of continuous interaction with supply chain.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma in Management or related subject plus (3) years relevant experience
  • Equivalent knowledge and expertise of the operations of a manufacturing industry plus (3) years relevant work experience.
  • Candidates having a proven track record in the field of Project Management will be given preference.
  • Knowledge and expertise in using recognized project management methodologies, techniques and tools will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate should ideally be able to put together complex activities and build timing plans (Gantt chart)
  • Solid understanding of customer’s business enterprise and communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and delegate authority to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
