Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the company to new heights of success. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence across all functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the companys strategic vision goals and objectives in alignment with the board of directors and stakeholders.

Lead and oversee all aspects of the companys operations including production sales marketing finance supply chain and human resources.

Drive business growth and expansion initiatives to increase market share revenue and profitability.

Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and excellence throughout the organization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers partners and other stakeholders to support business development and collaboration opportunities.

Lead and inspire a highperforming executive team providing mentorship guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Textile Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience as a CEO COO or senior executive leadership role in the textile manufacturing industry.

Indepth knowledge of textile production processes technologies and market trends.

Strong strategic planning decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.

Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating highperforming teams.

Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
