Job Description
Making phone calls to patients
- Provide health and wellness education information about acute coronary syndrome as a consultation with physician
- Create a list of instructions for post-operative care
- Recommend health education information
- Inform patients about the effects of a particular course of treatment
- Make sure their patients clearly understand side effects and when to seek his physician who prescribed the medications
Job Requirements
- Medicine degree preferable cardiologist
- Health education diploma is an advantage
- Administration Customer Service/Support Medical/Healthcare via tele-sales setup resident in Teleperformance company
