Car Rental Sales Agent

Location: Perafita Porto.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 12 hours (2 hours break time) and 2 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer care service
• Delivering the rental cars to the customers
• Selling additional services to customers
• Carefully completing the rental contract and verbal process
• Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales
• Mandatory driving license (B category)
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality
• Excellent customer service and sales skills along with attention to detail
• Strong communication time management teamwork and computer skills
