Location:Camarate close to Lisbon Airport

Schedule:

In shifts

1.Wednesday Sunday 10:00 19:00

2. Friday Tuesday 6:00 15:00;

3. Friday Tuesday 16:00 1:00;

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
• Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
• Carefully completing the return contract;
• Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages;
• Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
• Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Mandatory driving license (B category)
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality
• Excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail
• Strong communication time management teamwork and computer skills
