We are looking for a Campaign Manager in Spain to collaborate with us providing services to one of our top Pharma clients.

The Campaign Manager will work on behalf of the Campaign Automation team to ensure the ontime and highquality delivery of marketing automation services to our internal stakeholders around the world.

This role primarily entails managing the endtoend implementation of digital marketing campaigns via their marketing automation toolset this includes tasks focused on understanding assessing setting up executing monitoring and optimizing their stakeholders automated digital marketing campaigns.
Turn omnichannel campaign and content as defined and delivered in requirement briefings provided by their stakeholders into a series of workflows and deliveries in the marketing automation toolset (including Adobe Campaign Classic and Treasure Data CDP).

The Campaign Manager will also use his/her knowledge as a subject matter expert in marketing automation to act as a consultant with our stakeholders to drive best practices in their campaigns while also developing the campaigns within the toolset in a technicallyefficient and effective way.

He/she will:
Ensure that campaigns are built and measured according to the global standards and best practices
Ensure that the workflows and deliveries are built to serve the business needs and expectations as defined in the campaign briefings
Ensure stakeholders are kept uptodate with regular status updates and meaningful touchpoints
Ensure high endtoend and ontime quality of campaigns including proper setup to enable measurement
Work both independently and with Platform Managers to ensure toolset is being used in the most efficient manner
Ensure that the markets are provided with consultative feedback throughout the campaign lifecycle both proactively and retroactively including optimizations learnings insights best practices recommendations and solutions
Ensure that service processes are adhered to both by oneself and by stakeholders and help provide process optimizations and solutions when adherence is not possible or does not fit the situation

Requirements

Availability to work with US time zone (Americans Market)(2pm10pm CET)
The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English the job will be 100% in English including interfacing with other native and nonnative English speakers
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or Bachelor s degree in technical studies with proven business acumen
Demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (ideally 23 years of experience) Adobe Campaign Classic is strongly preferred (other enterprise tools of similar complexity such as Unica are OK)
Adobe Campaign Classic certification is preferred (Business Practitioner is OK Developer is an added plus)
Past exposure to email marketing concepts (including HTML) is a must
Previous exposure to databases and data management concepts including SQL and ETL skills is a must
Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house consultancy or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center setups including process optimization
Experience blending business/marketing topics and technical topics in order to interpret requirements develop solutions and explain to other audiences
Client management skills including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and deescalating incidents that impact customers
