Responsibilities:
- Operation of call center related to companyapp support (management of outsourced call center).
- Analysis of customer feedback and planning/execution of service improvement.
- Creation of operation manual.
- Selection of operation tools.
- FAQ creation and maintenance.
- Construction of chat BOT.
- Communication with related group companies
Qualifications:
- SV experience in a call center.
- Experience planning and improving services based on customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- Support experience in the web service and application service area.
- Analysis skills.
