Our company is expanding its audio distribution service and we are recruiting new members!
We specialize in audio distribution services. As a member of the operations team you will be involved in service planning and operations.
Currently our service mainly focuses on adult audio distribution. However we plan to overhaul the entire feature set to appeal to a wider audience in the future. While we are committed to the growth of our service our current organizational structure (three members including one PDM/leader and two operators) lacks sufficient manpower. Since it is a small team this position will involve a wide range of tasks related to planning from planning and implementing new events and campaigns to analyzing metrics and proposing improvements as well as managing social media.

**Specific Job Responsibilities:**
Planning and implementing new events and campaigns within the service
Analyzing metrics and improving strategies
Creating announcements and managing social media
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Planning and implementing events and campaigns to further engage users while also handling tasks such as calculating rewards for distributors and analyzing service issues and proposing solutions

**Working Style:**
We consider the preferences of each individual balancing remote work and office attendance. About 20% of our company works fully remotely and even for those who come to the office they are only required to be present for at least three days a week. Additionally our company operates on a 7hour workday (10:00 to 18:00 with a 1hour break) and does not include overtime pay in the salary.
