Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00pm

Saturday (Once a Month) 8:45am 12:15pm

Daily Tasks:

Handle inbound calls.

Work with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System to schedule appointments.

Make 50 80 calls per day.

Handle customer conflicts.

Have a positive personality.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

Excellent communication skills

Computer software skills

Goal Oriented

Positive Attitude and Competitive Mindset

Proper phone etiquette
