Overview:

The role of a Chartered Accountant (C.A) at Satrah is crucial to the organizations financial management and compliance with accounting standards. The C.A plays a key role in financial planning analysis reporting and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. They are integral in providing strategic financial guidance that supports business decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct tax planning and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain financial records and documentation.
  • Utilize accounting software to process and analyze financial data.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisionmaking.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial goals.
  • Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in financial planning and strategy development.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors tax authorities and financial institutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Support the implementation of financial controls and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (C.A) certification.
  • 25 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Thorough understanding of taxation laws and regulations.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and risk management.
  • Ability to provide strategic financial guidance.
  • Uptodate knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations.
