Job Description

• Analyzing various data sources (secondary and primary) coordinated with his superior
• Analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management, when required.
• Liaising with other departments to align strategies.
• Analyzing consumer/customer behavior to meet product demand and preferences.
• Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
• Analyzing customer communication and feedback channels.
• Performs other duties as requested

• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present information to small and, at times, large audiences
• Ability to function effectively within an ever-changing environment and to meet deadlines and reprioritize as necessary
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
• Highly proficient in Excel, SPSS, Word, PowerPoint
• Maintains information in a confidential manner according to policy
