What Youll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and execute all efforts within sales process to drive new business
  • Capability to navigate throughout an organization to identify a Decision Maker
  • Understand customer needs by developing knowledge of current environment, requirements, challenges and future needs to develop the best solution proposal
  • Quota achievement of 100% on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develops knowledge of competitive products, services, and sales strategies within assigned markets and product portfolios
  • Maintain accurate details of activity, accounts, opportunity, and forecasts in CRM system on a daily basis
  • Support Marketing and Branding efforts at both the National and Regional levels by attending National and Regional trade shows, conferences, industry events and speaking engagements
  • Build both company and personal brand awareness
  • Understand and communicate value to prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to impart knowledge and market expertise

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated territory management skills
  • Must have strong closing skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus
  • Sales methodology training a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot a plus
  • Less than 10% travel
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in the downtown Cleveland office





Proven experience as a project management professional Proven experience in a customer-facing support and/or sales role Demonstrated experience using business tools ( Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, ) Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Experience with wireless IoT products, especially tracking and sensing products, is a plus History of working on products deployed globally in significant volume, supporting international customers is a plus Working knowledge of agile development, scrum and Application Lifecycle Management Specific experience with geospatial mapping systems and APIs are a plus Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA
