For our client the company F. Hoffmann La Roche based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Business Operations Lead (m/f/d).

Background

Within the BPM (Business Process Management) Methodology Chapter the Business Operations Lead supports the BPM Methodology team with key activities in team effectiveness and project management. This individual will also work with the ASPIRE program management Workstreams and BPM stakeholders within and outside of the program to ensure completion of BPM related deliverables. The position will report to the Chapter Lead BPM Methodology.

The perfect candidate has a masters degree in Business Administration and over 3 years of experience in business process management methodologies. Additionally the person is experienced in project management and familiar with project management software. Lastly the candidate communicates fluently in English.

Tasks

  • Operational team effectiveness
  • Support the Chapter Lead BPM Methodology with the definition and tracking of the departments roadmap and goals
  • Plan and execute regular team meetings and workshops incl. agenda right audience and notes/minutes including action/decision log
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Prepare and document lessons learned
  • Alignment and coordination of roadmaps plans and activities between BPM Methodology and the ASPIRE program
  • Develop and maintain effective tools and procedures to monitor progress of activities
  • Communicate proactively with the team the program office and stakeholders
  • Support the development of required status reports. Publish status updates and prepare materials (document deliverables) for reviews
  • Maintain relationship with program managers to share learning and best practices and stay abreast of interproject dependencies issues and opportunities
  • Single point of contact for learningrelated topics support development and implementation of BPMrelated trainings
  • Identify opportunities for OCM measures support implementation of such measures in alignment with ASPIRE OCM activities
  • Support business process documentation in Adonis NP management of tickets and backlogs

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technology or equivalent education (*****)
  • Min. 3 years experience in Business Process Management methodology (*****)
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Project Management (*****)
  • Experience using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project) (*****)
  • Proficiency using Google Suite
  • Fluent Communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with global diverse and crossfunctional teams at different organizational levels in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships ability to engage resources outside of directcontrol to gain consensus meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives; team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Strong stakeholder management communication and change management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision and great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and written/ verbal communication skills
  • Positive personality with a cando attitude welcomes challenges and has a history of meeting them maintains a pleasant demeanor in difficult situations detailoriented selfmotivated and highly organized with solid problem solving skills

Work hours

  • Standard 40 h / Week
  • Remote/Home Office: max. 2 days/ week
