Position Overview:

We are looking for a resultsdriven Business Head to take full responsibility for the P&L and overall operations of our manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives expanding market presence and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of the overall strategy planning and business operations to achieve aggressive revenue targets and business expansion goals.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee daytoday operations of the factory with a focus on driving sales improving profitability and optimizing operational efficiency.
3. Business Expansion: Lead the development of longterm business plans to achieve substantial growth targets including identifying opportunities for new investments and business adjacencies.
4. Organizational Development: Build and nurture a highperforming team capable of scaling with the business fostering a culture of innovation efficiency and continuous improvement.
5. Business Improvement: Identify and lead strategic initiatives to drive business improvement including benchmarking against industry best practices and implementing process enhancements.
6. Project Management: Drive endtoend expansion projects and new investments for the factory and business ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.
