Technocrats Horizons seeks a motivated Business Development Trainee/Intern to join our dynamic software development team. This entrylevel position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the software industry while developing essential skills in business development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities of the Intern:
  • Learn about the companys software products services and solutions.
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and target markets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends competition and customer needs.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Engage in cold calling emails and other outreach methods to establish connections with prospective clients.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong passion for technology and an interest in the software development industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced challenging environment.
  • Previous internships or experience in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Previous experience in using CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Aptitude for preparing and delivering engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Education:
B.Tech/B.E. in Computers BCA BBA BSCIT MBA (Sales & Marketing) PG: MCA in Computers MS/M.Sc (Computer Science).
