Business Development Specialist

About the Job

• Generate leads in all company Sectors
• Qualify and handle leads referred from other departments
• Approach new Customer Base in Egypt via annual conferences or exhibitions
• Handle Proposal cycle from RFP until successful implementation of proposal scope
• Follow up on the business development activities in all sectors
• Use SalesForce Software for data entry and lead follow up
• Follow up company sales process documentation
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of the contract process
• Find, manage, grow, and close revenue opportunities; grow installed customer account share
• Understand customer business and service requirements to develop "tailored" solutions and offerings whenever possible
• Transfer customer requirements to the product management department

Job Requirements

• Business Development Specialist Representative should be able to work with and through people. The incumbent should have the drive to achieve results through a logical and systematic approach.
• The job environment requires actively influencing and motivating a variety of people in changing situations. The person fulfilling the role should have strong influencing skills as selling a product or a concept must be accomplished by gaining willing acceptance.
• The job could include specialist/technical skills and the incumbent should enjoy challenging situations and could work within the broad parameters of the organization
