Overview:

The Business Development Sales role is pivotal to the organizations growth and success. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying sales leads pitching the courses to new clients and maintaining a good working relationship with them. The role involves proactive business development creating and implementing effective sales strategies and working closely with the marketing team to generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities and market trends
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Pitch products and/or services to potential clients and secure new business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare sales proposals contracts and presentations for potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the companys products/services
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field
  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to thrive in a targetdriven and fastpaced environment
  • Experience in using CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics
