Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This position is of great importance as it directly impacts the companys revenue and market expansion.

Note: This is equity based role only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and decision makers for IT projects
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Lead the endtoend sales process from cold calling to contract negotiation
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
  • Act as a liaison between clients and crossfunctional internal teams
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices
  • Report on sales activities pipeline and results to the management
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences
  • Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
  • Experience in the IT industry with a strong understanding of IT project requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and resultsdriven with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting techniques
  • Experience in working remotely and managing virtual client interactions
  • Certification in sales or business development is a plus
