Overview:

The Business Development Manager Staffing plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our staffing services. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the staffing business. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the sales and recruiting teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to fulfill client staffing needs
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business growth opportunities
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business connections
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales business development or account management within the staffing industry
  • Deep understanding of staffing and recruiting processes and best practices
  • Strong Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to staffing
  • Experience in developing and executing business development plans
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and business growth
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Detailoriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
