JD:
Responsible for fosterting strong relationship with the Developers in assigned micromarkets.
Work cross functionally within the Anarock Channel Partner (ACP) vertical to communicate with all stakeholders in projects lifecycle
Nurture longterm relationship with key stakeholders in Developer house and maintain their contact database
Ensure smooth onboarding of projects by collecting complete project information as per given template
Keep updating project information on a weekly basis
Keep track of all new project launches of the assigned Developers/micromarkets and onboard them on the ACP platform
Negotiate and extract best brokerage slabs from the assigned Developers/micromarket projects
Tieup with Developers for ACP platform
Liaison for timely brokerage payout from Developers
Resolve customer lead conflicts with Developers
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual target of number of projects to be onboarded on the ACP technology platform
Explain ACP tech platform features to the Developer and devise revenue streams other than brokerage
Experience required:
She/He must have relevant real estate experience of more than 5 years
Must be a selfstarter with prior experience in business development/ key account management
Must be articulate and well accustomed in a clientfacing role
Strong command over written & spoken English
