Overview

The Business Development Manager (Commercial Spaces) plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying developing and managing business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. This position is crucial in expanding our portfolio of commercial spaces and establishing longterm partnerships with clients driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to maximize opportunities in the commercial real estate market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and industry networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead negotiations for leasing and sales contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development plans
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth
  • Prepare and present business proposals pitches and presentations to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on business development activities results and forecasts
  • Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to promote the companys commercial spaces
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on market insights and business development progress
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support business development objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing the companys values and objectives in all business dealings
  • Stay informed about regulations and market dynamics that may impact commercial real estate business
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all business development activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in business development sales or marketing within the commercial real estate industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and dynamics
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to commercial real estate transactions
  • High level of professionalism integrity and ethical conduct
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings industry events and business development activities
