Tasks

  • Oversight and management of all clinical research business development activities
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities (within ongoing & new projects) as well as the adaptation and placement of business interests with the client
  • Proactively propose innovations and partnerships to improve our competitive position and performance
  • Conducting customer negotiations and preparing documents and presentations for successful sales calls
  • Keep a clear focus on selling through all our pre-sales consulting and close the deal

Requirements

  • You are a go-getter with hands-on mentality and persuasive communication skills
  • You are good at reading people and talking about topics that are interesting to them
  • You work independently and result-oriented
  • You have a proven track record of sales or business development with pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience working within CRO, pharma or biotech within DACH or EU region
  • Awareness of trends and territory specific government policies and regulations in the clinical trial areas
  • You hold a degree in science, medicine, business administration, or related areas
  • Required are both, good German and good English language skills (B2 or better)
  • You think entrepreneurially and want to help build a fast-growing pharma service company with passion
