Head Marketing is responsible for all Identify Opportunities for existing and new business; Interaction with all Customer Segments & Groups; Customer Relationship Management; Ensure Customer Access and Support; Complaint Management; Customer Satisfaction and Engagement; Market Data and Market Intelligence; Technical and Commercial Bids; Costing and Pricing.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA Marketing (Preferably) or Bachelor s degree in any stream with 815 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in any Manufacturing organization in the field of Aerospace Automotive Engineering Industries in Tier1 / OEM/Medium Scale Organisation.
Experience in all Marketing Functions of Identify Opportunities Interacting with Customers Customer Relationship Management Customer Support Costing and Pricing TechnoCommercial role
Experience in ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 27001 and AS 9100 Systems related to Marketing functions
Exceptional Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills IT Skills Soft Skills
Experience in Training and Development of Marketing and Sales Teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify New Opportunities for Products and Services existing and new business.
Identify new Products leveraging Knowledge Core Competency Assets and Supplier base
New Opportunities Identification by participating in Exhibitions meeting new customers and increasing the existing customer base
Interact with Customers and understand the Customer Requirements
Interact with Customers of all Market Segments and Groups frequently or as appropriate
Ensure Marketing Collaterals Brochures Flyers Email Marketing materials Websites are all up to date on Products and Services and Customer Engagement.
Monitor Sales Pipeline for all Business Verticals and take appropriate measures to utilize available Capacity.
Monitor Enquiry Register and conclude the Business Proposal with WinLoss Analysis
Interact with Internal Teams and Marketing Personnel for Costing and Price Finalization of Tenders or Enquiries or RFQs/RFPs
Ensure Contract Review is completed and Sale Orders and Work Orders are created for new Orders.
Monitor Progress of New and Existing Orders on regular basis and raise concerns for delays quality or cost escalations to respective BV Head as appropriate.
Monitor Customer Complaints and ensure CAR and closure
Ensure repeat orders from Customers for AMCs/New Products/ Services as appropriate.
Gather Market Data Competition information Market Intelligence from Win Loss Analysis Industry Magazines Competition Websites Business News Customer Interactions Exhibitions and Conferences Information in Public Domain etc.
Report measures on 100% OTD and Zero Customer Complaints in coordination with respective BV Heads.
Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 27001 and AS 9100 Systems related to Marketing function.
