Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients in the Indian market for our IT services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads through research prospecting networking and relationship building.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends competitive landscape and customer needs in various international regions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our IT services.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction during the on boarding process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in target organizations.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends technologies and best practices related to IT services and digital marketing.
  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in selling IT services
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market dynamics and experience in selling to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
